Hi please I need engineer to come and connect a cable for me and to show how to use the broadband

@Robinsonofoloma  You've posted in the Sky Q forum so do you have a problem with your dish?

 

BTW Sky won't send anyone to show you how to use broadband or just to connect cables, thats just not a service they offer.

 

Is there a reason your equipment is disconnected as Sky would have setup Sky Q & Broadband at the time of installatiuon.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
