Thanks but i just tried this and the mini box still tells me to check my subscription entitles me to viewthis channel I have only 0ne mini box. What next?

No advice on here worked. Just spent 1.5 hours on phone to India, all systems updated to latest download and still no difference. Now have engineer nooked for 5 days tims ....sky q is an abysmal system.
