Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel

Hello, I've got home from work today and went to watch TV upstairs in the bedroom on my Sky Mini and it has come up saying, please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. It all works wonderfully down stairs on the main box, and I should have access to all the channels up stairs as I have all the correct packages and multiroom. I've unplugged it, restarted it, updated the box, re formatted the viewing card ETC I'm all out of ideas now! if any of you could help that would be wonderful!

Hi @SharonThooomas123 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
