Hi im having poor connection on my play station 5 all the devices are ok but PlayStation is poor connection keeps crashing signals please help thanks

Hi I have poor connection in my room for play station 5 but I have connected my I phone which is working fine but PlayStation is keep slowing down slow down all the devices are working fine in every room but not PlayStation 5 please anyone help thanks

@kamimir786 Have you tried an Ethernet connection from the PS5 to the sky hub?

Can I assume you're using Sky Broadband? If not then which BB company are you with?
Is the PS5 connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?
What's the speed test result when run on the PS5?

Yes I have unplugged and connected again with new internet cable reset it still slow connection upstairs in bedrooms keep disconnecting please help
