Sky has been installed for several years at my home. Recently, getting pixellation - approx once every 5-10 minutes - on all channels. Signal strength steady at 70%, with quality 90%, same as when it was installed. Both the dish (it's installed about 2m off the ground) and cabling look OK from visual inspection. I've rebooted the Q box, and performed a factory reset - no difference.
How do I get this addressed please? Does it need an Engineer visit and what would the cost for this be please?
Thanks,
Steve

Certainly best to contact Sky for an Engineer.
Provided it is a Sky Q box then these are all owned by Sky and if faulty will be replaced FOC.

Thanks @oldfella . Do Sky support monitor these chats, or do I need to contact them directly?

@Skywatcher5888 Sometimes it gets escalated directly from the forum 🙂
There isn't any trees that are blowing in the wind and blocking signal for a split second is there ?

You'd have to initiate contact.

Thanks @ThePope27 . No, no change in the installation. Should have direct line of sight of the satellite.

That's quite contradictory to what I've seen on the forum,
Some people escalate to sky directly from here and then direct message them ?
