Pixellated screen on all channels and freezes and sound cuts out.

Whatever channel I watch it becomes pixelated  and freezes and UHD sports turns into a green negative picture. It does return to naormal but then does it again. The sound also cuts out. I have done what Sky suggest regarding swapping around HDMI ports, etc. but the problem persists. It's driving me made.
