Engineer installed our box last week and was all fine except could not connect the mini box due to internet issues.

Upgraded internal but we could still not connect the mini box, Sky said we needed a new 2t box which would solve the issue, carrier took original 1t back.

Still cannot connect mini box but more annoying is the pixelated picture on BBC1/2 and ITV but Sky sports is totally fine
