Pixelated on Netflix and prime but fine on sky tv normal programming

When streaming on Netflix and prime the picture sometimes pixelated but no problem when watching normal tv on sky+

Yep it's the same on my Sky Q. Amazon Prime pixelates. When I play prime through my Firestick the picture is perfect. Sky Please sort this out

Same with me.  Netflix on Sky Q pixaltes every few minutes.  No issue with normal Sky tv or other apps.  Been doing it for a few weeks now.

In the past two weeks (despite having hardwired  connection at 1gb) Netflix pixelates 

wires and connections are all fine and tested 

any ideas ?
