Pink hue on tv, no sky display

Q box working as normal then suddenly appears as blank screen with pink colour hue & no audio or display. Is happening more frequently over last couple weeks

@Pete333 Have a look at the hdmi cable to make sure it's properly connected, if it is then it may be starting to fail.

Cheers. Hdmi ok, feels like it's on it way out! Any idea how to get hold of a human or report this...??

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.

@Pete333 If the HDMI cable is failing then there really isn't anything to report, just go buy a new one they aren't expensive and it's unlikely Sky will supply you with a new one.
