Pictures breaking up on HD channels
I’m having issues with my Sky Q picture quality. It often pixelates, especially on HD channels. I live in a flat and don't have access to a dish and LNB. Could you please help resolve this?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Hi @Sohrab656
If you are on a Commun system then see if you neighbours have similar issues.
Also check that the cable from the wall going into your Q box is not loose.

I have thoroughly checked everything, and even your technician visited our flat multiple times and said that something needs to be changed in the communal area. However, this issue has been ongoing for at least a year, and you have not addressed it. Do you have an alternative way to watch your programs without using a dish? I have heard some advertisements from you about getting Sky TV without a dish.

@Sohrab656
This is a customer helps customer forum so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Your landlord or building management company are responsible for organising a repair which is why you were asked to see if neighbours were experiencing the same. You need to chase up your landlord.
Sky Stream doesn't require connection to a dish but is totally different to Sky Q so research it thoughly.
