Is this only with live satellite Television or also when you watch On demand?

Since Friday I've not been able to watch a single programme straight From start to finish , it also keeps  freezing and blank screen with channel currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal .For help press ?

I've done the turning off for a while etc etc and not sorted problem out
