Picture from sky Q not the same no uhd or hdr

Picture poor i have dky Q somthing is diferent uhd or hdr poor and on meyflix everything is in hd as in the past use to mention hdr uhd 4 K etc

now its just hd

check that the resolution has not switched back to 1080

Did you get your Q box changed recently? It's possible you have been given an older non-UHD capable box as a replacement. There are various versions of Q box in circulation and Sky customer services and Sky engineers often don't know the difference between them or check whether they are replacing like for like.
