Picture freezing and remote locks in fast forward and system has to be rebooted to correct issue.

Sky Q freezes constantly. Sometimes reconnects itself other times has to rebooted. There is also an issue with the remote. When fast forwarding it locks and continues to  fast forward, doesn't mind how many times the stop/play button is pressed. The system was fitted by a sky engineer on the 5th January 2024. There is a booster in the roof void.
