Picture flashing on and off.

New sky box just fitted couple of days ago but now picture flashes on and off every so often. How can I rectify this please?

Hi @Jacqui23 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Thank you. Tried that and it worked ok for a while but now it's doing it more and more. Really annoying. Can't get through to sky on the phone as they're really busy. At a loss what to do now. Any more suggestions please?

@Jacqui23 Try connecting the SKYQ box to a different HDMI port on your TV if there is one ?
