Phone number - for a Human at Sky

Every phone number on the sky website is automated.

Is there a phone number for sky customer service to speak to a human?

@WakeM  There is no other number that bypasses the automation, if there were it would be pointless having it present in the 1st place.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So Sky does not have humans on the end of phone for faults?

Its a fault that i need to speak to a sky cust service for 

I have covered all help guides and FAQ and reboots, reactivation, software update etc. 

 

I now need to speak to a human and need a phone number. 

If they have zero customer support via phone thats enough to go elsewhere when contract ends for me.

Ok, you'll have to persist in calling until you connect with someone.  Wait times can be around 45 minutes.

Phone based customer service is still available. What problem are you having when trying to get through?

Can you give me the number please - i don't mind waiting. 

The ones i've tried: ending in 2515 and 4830 and 1018 are just automated and do not take you through to someone.

Whats the right phone number?

All lines take you through automated stages - at no point on any call does it allow you to join a queue to speak to a person.

What phone number does have cust service people on the end of a phone?

There is no other number.  All lines are automated.

Of course.  You have to nagivate the IVR to avoid it hanging up.

I have going through all options and at no point reach an option of holding to speak to someone.  I have spent all morning on this - which phone number do you know will allow you to get through - none I have tried (repeatedly do).
