Hi @Chloe-W22 my Peloton app continues not to work. The main issues are: 

1) I log in and once I press submit, it cuts out and brings me back to the Sky homepage

2) I select the Peloton app and it goes to a black screen so I don't even get to the log in page

This is incredibly frustrating and has been happening for at least 3-4 weeks with no improvement.

i have been told by sky help that the app will be removed from Sky Q IN MAY - is this correct - rather than fixing an issue you are just removing it?

It may actually be Peleton that are removing the app, not Sky. 

According to their approved device list, Sky Q is not listed:

The Peloton App is available on web and for the iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Android tablets, Fire tablets, Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku TV.

That appears to be an out-dated link to the US site. Can you find the same info on the UK site? I can't. Not that I care. I've no intention of ever using Peloton.

Hi is there a solution for this, I have the same issue, peleton app not loading and going back to sky screen.

Solution for iPhone and iPad users who have a smart TV. Connect you phone to your TV via Bluetooth.

select your workout through the peloton app on your phone and then select the below circled in red  and you should be able to stream to your TV.

you can charge your device at the same time whilst doing your workout.

@Smerc101  - on my smart TV, I only get audio, no video if I share from my iPhone, so no help unfortunately.

Fair comment @Smerc101 but if it's a smart tv just download the Peloton app if available for your TV

Sorry don't do apple unless in fruit bowl or fridge good post though

See below you connect via iPhone 

Select Airplay and then scroll to your TV and select. It should then stream to your screen

Your solution relies entirely on a customer having an Apple device and a smart TV capable of receiving audio & video via Airplay. Not everyone has that. 
It appears that Peloton are no longer advertising or supporting Sky devices with their app. There is no mention of it on their website, even though the app is still currently available on Q, Glass & Stream.
