Paying for Sky Sports Package but not getting them

Recently upgraded to Sky Sports package and it's showing as active on my account and due to be charged next month but not able to view any sports channels. It's saying I need to upgrade subscription?!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi @Louiseknow1 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

i have just realsied that i have been paying for sky sports and not actually got the channel since may 2023. i have put in complint to sky, the only reason i realsied was that i hadded it to my pack, and activiated it, as it said need to activate and then looked at my bills and its been on there since 2023.
