Pay for sky cinema and trying to get paramount plus free. Link on Sky Q qr code not working

Have Sky Q and pay for sky cinema. Paramount plus should be free but when setting up account for Paramount plus, qr code not working so takes to page to pay £6.99 per month. Can't get through to Sky

Same here. Whichever way I try to do it, always ends up with 'choose subscription' screen. Tried through SkyQ box and also through smart tv. tried to speak to sky but their agents are on a training day. Really poor 😞
