Yeeee, mine is working too, must have just fixed it as it wasnt working 10 mintues ago. Lets hope it keeps working!

To be fair it isnt a regular occurance, but when it does happen it is a nightmare.  I know that it is always at sky end rather than my sky box as I have multiroom and if they both go wrong at the same time, that would indicate a signal issue with them, not a planner issue etc.

Hi. I had this issue on 16th (Tue) and short of a full factory reset, I did everything. Hard Reboot, planner rebuild and forced software update. All for nothing. So frustrating! At least I know it's 'their end' now! 😀

It's a shame Sky couldn't be bothered to let their customers know about this and that it was their doing?

I can't help wondering whether Sky did this on purpose to make Sky+ users unhappy with their equipment and make them think about moving to the Sky PUK streaming system? Which I hear is terrible!

What are your thoughts?

Not sure what number you are ringing but it's clearly not the correct one. Whilst there's sometimes a lengthy queue to speak to customer services, once you get through it is Sky Customer Services you get through to.

If you ask Google for a free number to contact Sky, a company called Sky Digital offer to help Sky customers with any queries, including upgrading to different Sky products. However, when your query concerns anything regarding your Sky contract, they say they cannot help as they do not have access to the Sky customer contract information. They then advise you to contact Sky directly. The thing is, I thought I was speaking to Sky. I'll have to be more thorough in future. Thanks for your response anyway.

Be very careful finding numbers on Google (or any search engine). There are lots of fake companies who pretend to be the company you want to speak to, and sometimes the calls to these scammers can cost a fortune. Sky don't help the matter by making their genuine phone numbers so hard to find.
