I had the same problem. It was a sky issue but mine all up and working now.

Hello, more than 2 years after this was originally posted it still works - my Sky Q box is working normally again and I'm grateful

Hi Everyone
Thank you for your patience whilst we work though this problem.
Our support teams have advised that the problem has been resolved. Can you check and if you are still having problems, can you switch your box off and the power, and back on please?
