Paramount + won’t work past sign in or get. Won’t accept my sign in

Just got new tv everything working except paramount +. Can only get the sign in or get. 
wont accept my sign in and says my email or password is incorrect 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just to be sure, presumably you have signed up and paid for Paramount+?

If so have you another device, iPad etc and can you sign in on that?  If so double check your login and password on that and check they are the same.  Obvious I know, and you may have already done that but thought it worth suggesting.

I get paramount free with sky. 
on old tv it worked fine. Sign in with sky id and password but now won't accept either

@newmans22 are you sure that it was your Sky ID and password you used to sign up for Paramount+ as you had to create an account and was asked for an email as your username and then a password
