Paramount+ wants me to sign in

Paramount+ is part of my package and has been working fine. Now it is asking for a sign in. I tried forgot password and got a link but Paramount+ does not seem to recognise my email address

You must have used a different email address when you first registered

unless this is a similar situation to a netflix account getting hacked. Might be worth calling Paramount
