Paramount+ now working on main SKY box but not working on minibox - Help please

Hi 

I have managed to get Paramount plus working on main SKY Q box (subsciption with SKY Cinema) but it doesn't work on the mini box.  I contacted Paramount direct and they reset my account and password as I couldn't get through to SKY, I was queuing for over 40minutes and couldn't wait any longer.

I have done the reset's on the minibox and can only get the Paramount main blue screen.

I have also tried going in through my settings etc..... nothing suggested on the forums works.

Any ideas??

If anyone needs help with the minibox Paramount+ connection I found this in another community chat and it worked!  I now have 2 SKY boxes with Paramount+

Hi @megan121 

No guarantees but they need to on the same Software version.

  1. Go to Settings, then System Info and highlight Software version.
  2. Choose Setup and then select Software download.
  3. Your box will start to download the latest software. This can take up to 10 minutes.
  4. To check the status of the software download, go to Settings, then System info and highlight Software version.
  5. When it says "Software update successful" press the Standby button on your remote.
  6. When your box restarts, follow the on screen messages. You'll then be on the latest software version.
