Paramount + not working even though I have sky cinema what’s the problem?

Cannot get paramount + to work even though I have sky cinem, I have signed in and out of the app even tried to access Paramount via the sky Cinema still not working keeps asking me to subscribe ?

Have you followed the complete procedure to set up the App including setting up an account on the Paramount plus Website.
