Paramount+ not working after reverting from Sky Glass to Sky Q

Hi,

 

Not sure if anyone else out there has had any similar issues, but we upgraded our Sky Q a few months back to Sky Glass, but then after less than a week returned it and reverted to Sky Q. We weren't particularly happy with the picture quality (amongst other things). Prior to this, we had the free access to Paramount+ as we have Sky Cinema (and still do) but after reverting, we can no longer log into the Paramount+ app. I've spoken with Sky Customer Services about it a few times, and after several conversations with different people from different departments within Sky, was told that this was an issue that they knew about, but could do nothing about. 

I really would like to have Paramount+, but don't really want to pay the full subscription cost when I should be getting it for free, so I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had the same thing? And if so, were you told the same thing I was, or is there anything that can be done about it? TIA!

Hi,

 

I've spent days trying to log into Paramount + as it comes free with my Sky deal, having eventually got through to the help desk I'm told my Sky email address is not acceptable to Paramount + , seems I have to have an alternative hotmail account! I don't and I won't be getting one so guess I won't get Paramount +, very annoyed about this,
