Paramount+ no longer recognises me, and can’t rest it

My Paramount + no longer recognises me, tried to reset password but the email never arrives, my sky account says it activated but nothing. Can anyone offer some help??

Hi @get+sjw 

Looks like you are not using the correct Email address when you try to reset your Paramount plus password.

Hey @oldfella  I've tried 3 different email addresses, just in case I was under the influence when I first set it up last year, I've never received the reset email
