Paramount + can’t access as part of sky cinema offer

Recently received an offer from Sky for 1 months free Sky Cinema. Accessed and up and running. However as part of that offer Paramount + was also included. Cannot access this at all. Followed on screen prompts etc etc yet still cannot access.

any assistance greatly appreciated
