Paramount Plus not working "Your account hasn't upgraded yet"

so i have Sky Cinema, and Paramount plus is free if your subscribe to Sky Cinema.  i just keep getting the above error thought and cannot sign in,

I use my phone to scan the barcode on the sky Q screen, it takes me to sky.com web page with the error above? 

has anyone managed to get sky to solve this?
