Pairing my Remote when my original Remote has been lost

I've lost my remote, but fortunately I found a second remote that is not currently paired to my TV.

All I want to do is pair this new remote to my TV but I cannot do anything with my current TV setting because I have no control over it because I've lost my remote.

Can anybody help me please?
