Hi @HT2

Have you tried selecting Other brands in the pairing Setup?

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thank you, this has paired some of the functions ie on/off and volume, but still unable to scroll up and down or select from the menu.

Hi @HT2

When the Q remote is paired with a TV the only TV functions it will operate are:-

  • TV On/Off (with long press)
  • Volume Up/Down
  • Mute
  • TV  Input (Multiple presses should scroll through the TV HDMI and other inputs)

No other buttons will operate the TV.

So no scrolling and No Select option.
