Paid for HD, can’t get ITV HD

I've paid for the HD channels, but ITV HD is corrupted

You don't need HD sub for Free-to-Air channels...

 

Anyway, sounds like your satellite dish could have an alignment issue.

 

You'll need to call Sky to arrange an engineer visit to check.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes if you're having trouble with ITV HD that will be a dish issue. ITV HD is a free channel and no subscription is needed to view it.
