Over the last week my skyq mini box stutters and freezes

Everything is working well with my Sky package except my mini box. Which freezes and stutters. Also a big delay when changing channels. About a week 10 days ago it started

@Tron66 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box

it may also be that your mini is just on the edge for receiving the signal from the Sky mesh you may need to contact Sky for a booster
