Over the last 6 months I’ve lost so many channels including channel 5 , 5 star gems tv655 capital ,

Over the past 6 months I've lost so many channels including channel 5 5 star gems tv655 capital radio sky witness it's just getting ridiculous I've tried turning the box of and also resetting nothing works.

@BoroughmarketSE1  You'll need to call Sky to book an engineer to check your dish.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Before you call Sky to book an engineer to check your dish, have you made sure that the connectors from your dish to the Sky Q box haven't come loose?
