Our old Sky q box was exchanged for the new box so it was placed in the box and they took.it back with them

You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services. This forum is where customers try to help other customers. If DPD delivered a box to replace a faulty one and they took the faulty one away that is the correct method. Are Sky chasing you for a box return?
