Our sky Q box no signal and I am unable to watch any programs. Pls check and update. Thanks

Hi Team. 

Since Sunday onwards my SKY Q box no signal even no lights on in front of box.

 

I done all the trouble shoot as per your site information basis split and unplug all the cable and restart device, but still we have not received signals.

 

pkease check and do the needful.
