Our second TV now cannot connect to Sky Q having tried all the recommended steps, re-booting etc.

THe 2nd TV is in the kitchen and has suddenly lost conectivity.  It has its own Sky Q extension box adjacent.  All the recommended steps on the screen have been taken a number of times..
