Hello, how are satellite signal has not been working for the past week. Please can somebody come out and have a look at it for us. we are still paying for it, even though we are not able to record anything.

You will need contact Sky to arrange a visit - it may be after Christmas now.
Sky might apply a credit after it's fixed - but only from the point you report the issue.
