Our satellite signal is not working. It has not been working for the past week.

Hello, how are satellite signal has not been working for the past week. Please can somebody come out and have a look at it for us. we are still paying for it, even though we are not able to record anything.

You're asking other customers here and not Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal

 

You will need contact Sky to arrange a visit - it may be after Christmas now.

 

Sky might apply a credit after it's fixed - but only from the point you report the issue.
