Our mini boxes suddenly stopped connecting to our main box. In settings its says we don't have the required subscription. The same for sky go and we din't have any apps either. We have been out for a week now. Sky engineer says its their problem and due a phone call back tonight from the engineer who has not called. Getting very frustrated now!

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.
