Our mini boxes suddenly stopped connecting to our main box. In settings its says we don't have the required subscription. The same for sky go and we din't have any apps either. We have been out for a week now. Sky engineer says its their problem and due a phone call back tonight from the engineer who has not called. Getting very frustrated now!

I'm having this same problem mini boxes suddenly stopped connecting to our main box. In settings its says we don't have the required subscription. The same for sky go saying not enabled to connect..
