Our TV picture keeps cutting out for a second or so. Anyone else had this problem?

It affects every channel plus Netflix and Disney. We've tried resetting the box, switching it on and off again, we've checked the network signal is good. Could it be the box or the TV?

The HDMI cable? Have you tried a different one?
