Our TV is not connecting to our broadband

Our TV is not connecting to our BT broadband. Other devices are connected so not a broadband issue. We have reconnected 3 times  using our broadband password and it connects for a minute and then throws us out again

@Jo68  When you say TV, are you referring to your Sky Q box?  

 

Can you also work through the steps on this link
