Our Sky Q box won’t connect to sky router

Sky Q won't connect to our router. Internet connection is fine. We can get signals on our phones etc all over the house. We've tried resetting the box several times.

Hi @Skyneverworks 

Are you carrying out a Network reset on your Q box?
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your Sky router.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

I have same problem but my router doesn't have a WPS button. 
so dunno what else to do.

It does, I had another look in the daylight and its camouflaged on the side.

My sky q is nit working i have rebooted it several times also.its not recording my programs

Hi we have tried several times to connect the sky q box to the Doty router. In settings status network connection we do not have the option to select reset even after turning the sky q box and the router off at the mains and retrying the connection process. The box was connected to the router until yesterday.

@frustratedaky have you followed the instructions in @oldfella post about resetting your network on the Sky Q box ?

Yes I have read the post but I do not get a RESEt option to select. It just gives the 3 options to connect wifi to sky router or other router or ethernet

@frustratedaky so you are oressing the home button scrolling down to settings pressing setting going into status the across gto network connection where it should be ticked then then go to network setup select this and it should show a stus box you should then have reset that you can scroll right  on to

When I select network setup it gives me 3 options to connect WiFi and there is not a reset option

@frustratedaky thats strange as just checked mine when I was weriting and it shows the reset

My network connection has a x not a tick so that's probably why. Not connected so can't reset
