Our Sky Q box stopped working couple of days ago, followed steps and worked.

Sky q box stopped working followed steps then ok but has done it daily and now main box says no subscription but account has multiroom ? And sky q

@Trev20 id firstlytry refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet to see if that clears the no subscription problem,

If it does then Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

do the same with the mini box
