Discovery plus issues with the account recognising the sky subscription
spent about 8 hours on this now been on multiple virtual chats and really struggling to get human help from sky on this
app is set up and working but get the response upgrade pass. I see it's a common issue. I've activated the account. I've tried it again several times even tried to set up a new account. Sky just say the account is linked .. clearly not properly.
I've followed every thread I can find from restarts , Sw updates , store activation links etc. nothing seems to work. Spoken to discovery who say it's a sky issue. Impossible to get sky human support . Somebody on here mentioned an account reset and perhaps this is what I need ?
