One sky q box not giving new Chanel’s I ordered

I pay for 2 boxes and only one is showing the new channels I have just added

Sky Q box Ipsy for 2

ordered Netflix and discovery plus only working on 1 to surly if I pay for 2 they should play on 2

Sky's multiscreen subscription doesn't cover 3rd party subscriptions.

 

The base level of Netflix only includes 1 screen.  (You should be able to watch on both but just not concurrently).  I'm not sure of Discovery+ - others will confirm.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Netflix Standard with Adverts is two screens in HD: the old Netflix Basic (one screen in SD) doesn't exist any more.

Discovery+ and Netflix are app services, not channels.

 

I'd suggest a full reboot (power supply removal and replacement) on the main Q box and then the Q Mini.

Ah, ok - OP should be fine.  However, they call them 'channels' - technically, they are accessed via an App.

You do need to register your ID on the apps separately on each box
