One of my sky q multi boxes have stopped working

One of my sky q multi boxes has stopped working. The satellite signal is good the broadband is working and all other multi boxes are working just one has stopped connecting. I've tried restarting, reconnecting but it only lasts for a minute until it disconnects.

@Rosemary4 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini box

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

You will need to contact Sky and get an engineer visit.

  1. Go to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-check-q
  2. Click on "Follow our simple steps."
  3. Click on "A 'no satellite signal' error message"
  4. Click "No"
  5. Keep clicking on "Next Step"
  6. Click on "Book an engineer" and follow the instructions.

Additionally, if you want to contact Sky, ignore step 6 and continue:
  7. Click "No, I still need help"
  8. Click "I'm having trouble with my TV"
  9. Select all checkboxes and click "Done"
  10. Click "I would rather get in touch"
This will show the available options to contact Sky.
