One of my sky mini boxes has failed

One of my sky mini boxes has failed. Started a couple of days ago and thought it may be weather related but now won't reconnect back to network. Have tried to go online to my sky - tried to reset password and each time I click link it tells me it is expired

also covered by sky protect policy

Box began to 'freeze' couple of days ago and started tonight will not now reconnect to network - all other devices working fine

Hi @Snorks 

Mini boxes normally connect to the Main Q box WiFi by WPS not by password.

If on Sky Broadband they can also connect to the Sky Q router but again this is by WPS and not SSID and passwords.

Minis will not connect to 3rd Party Networks or 3rd party WiFi access points.

Thanks for answer - took a flyer and managed to get it up and running - but sky info was no use whatsoever - and using to control doesn't work when to not connected.
