One of my sky Q boxes is not responding i have tried all recommended ways of reactivating but none

One of my 2 sky Q boxes is not working I have tried several times all the detailed ways of reconnecting  I have gad this problem for a while and up till now I have been able to get it reconnected but now nothing will work
