One of my mini boxes won’t update software. It says there is a problem with this sky box! Any suggestions please??

I would recommend factory resetting your mini box, I have put the instructions below to do this
To reset your Sky Q mini box you need to access the hidden menu, press the Home button and then navigate down to the Settings option without selecting it. Once Settings is highlighted, press 0 0 1 and then the Select button. Go down to "Reset" and Perform the "Facotry Reset", as this is a mini box you won't loose your recordings as these are saved on the Main Q Box. you'll need to re-pair your Bluetooth remote if you use one. If you can't turn on the mini box with the remote after the Reset, press the Standby button (indicated by an Amber LED) on the front of the box. To re-pair the remote, press 1 and 3 together on the remote and follow the on-screen instructions, it will then ask you to connect your Mini Box back to your Main Box, once this is complete try and initiate a Software Update again.
