One of my mini boxes is not connecting to the remote control. The remote works with the another mini

I have a problem with one of my mini boxes not responding to the remote control.  The remote works with the tv and with another mini box.

the remote for the other mini box also won't connect to the one with the issue.  I have rebooted and reset the mini box. It's connected to the internet but just won't work with the remote control

Hi @Tom+Mason 

Assume that you are pairing each remote to each mini when you are trying them?

Just try Pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. This will reset the remote to infrared mode.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and see if it will work the Q box without pairing.

If this works try a reset settings on the mini in its hidden menu.

To enter the mini hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Carry out the reset settings
After the Reset you can try to re pair your Bluetooth remote again.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Thanks for the reply, I will try this later. When you say try it on the q box do you mean the main box or the mini?  The remote infrared does work because it still switches the tv on and off and works fine with volume etc

In my post I'm suggesting that you set the remote to infrared mode and then try it with the mini.
