One movie freezes and I can’t watch it

For some crazy reason dark knight rises freezes at the beginning and won't let me watch it. I've reset everything, I have sky cinema, does the same on my sky Q and sky go?

Also I get error code 50-9.410 on sky go

Have you tried deleting it, deleting it again from the deleted folder then downloading it again or setting it to record from the 2am broadcast tomorrow morning ?
